Herbs or Spices
3 gritty Polish men sit on a curb smoking some kind of skinny cigar while the barber stands on the sidewalk. They argue adamantly over the subject of what they would choose if asked to decide between "herbs or spices." The youngest of the four, in his dark, disheveled suit all the way at the end of the line, really loves the idea of spices. The two older men wear disagreement on their sleeves, or they would if either was wearing any. The barber sees where the suit is coming from but respectfully disagrees as he is still an old-timer herbs fundamentalist.
